Professional Learning
I've conducted over one hundred professional learning sessions in my career, ranging from week long, technology focused boot camps, to regional showcases, to one hour sessions driven by district goals.
Prior to and during the pandemic, I shifted my approach to professional learning, basing it in adult learning theory by providing just in time resources and supports to teachers when and where they need them. A list of recent offerings is below:

Updates and Information
In order to share information with district staff, I send out a monthly newsletter to highlight small bits of information that can be used in the classroom. In addition, I maintain a website to house all things related to district instructional technology to allow easy access and reference.
