Career Pathways Partnership
In my role as a Curriculum Specialist with a focus on career readiness, I convened a diverse group of stakeholders to establish the Armstrong Indiana Career Pathways Partnership.
Additionally, I assisted school counselors in coordinating, career exploration, career awareness, and work-based learning opportunities for students and K-12 teachers and administrators.

STEAM Integration
During my time at the Freeport Area School District, I have been a key support in integrating Science Technology Engineering Arts and Math at the elementary schools. Since 2017, I have developed and implemented the following programs:
Annual STEAM Day - South Buffalo Elementary (2017 - Present)
After School STEAM Camp - South Buffalo Elementary (2019)
K-5 Coding Curriculum and Robotics (2019-Present)
1:1 Device Programs
I've helped plan, implement, evaluate, and revise a 1:1 device program in two separate school districts. In addition to providing instructional strategies utilizing the devices, I provided staff development and student onboarding, district distribution planning, training on classroom management considerations, and assist with monitoring software, device management platforms, and technical help.
